Hello, I am new in Web Design. What are the best colors to use in a webpage? especially for the Background and text!!!

I am a big fan of Apple and they have a slick way of doing their pages. They are plain and simple Classy. They are the basis for elegance. This is the reason why I am strongly suggesting you go with their flow as that has pretty much worked for the interfacing.

You can add a little tweak just to be creative but don't overdo it. A simple white background would do. You can make it a little warmer by adding some shades.

I think its totally depend on you and your web design site in which color is suitable for that. But I personally like more natural color because is really best give you amazing looks for web design.
