we have many letters with scedillas such as ă â ş ţ î.
My versions of fonts don't have those characters incorporated.

I have tried to use some software to modify the characters from a font (that is .. add new characters) but, i cannot use the new characters i have just created. (at least not the same way i use ă î ş ţ -> switch the keyboard to romanian and then click ; ' [ ] ).

Anybody been through this ? Any suggestions ?
