What is the difference between CS4 and CS5? I’m thinking of upgrading but is it worth the money??
I know Photoshop CS5 has significantly upgraded Adobe Camera Raw and Bridge and the tools are a lot more advanced but can I really justify the expense for the sake of a few more features?
Any advice from people using both CS4 and CS5 would be greatly appreciated!

There are many small changes in the interface and functionality. I usually skip one version before the upgrade because the changes from one version to another are usually not pay for the new version.

There are a few changes between Cs4 and Cs5. I will not attempt to name them all, for some are very minute and technical, such as changes in user interface. First, there are two editions of the Adobe 5 creative suite, Cs5 Design Premium, and Cs5 Design Standard. The main difference between the Premium Design and the Standard Design is that in the Premium Adobe Photoshop Cs5 Extended is included within the package, as well as Adobe Flash Professional Cs5, Adobe Flash Catalyst Cs5, Adobe Dreamweaver Cs5, and the Adobe Fireworks Cs5.

No, absolutely no problem on having CS4 & CS5 on your machine – you can keep both CS4 and CS5.5 on the same computer if you want, and many people do. All CS releases work independently and are separately installable and uninstallable.

There are many new features and enhancements but the top 13 differences include better selections/masking, content-aware fill, puppet warp, automatic lens correction, HDR imaging, 64-bit cross-platform, faster performance, better/easier UI, CS Live, and more.
